The Plus Side Of Strep Throat

Well I haven’t been blog hopping in way too long, since I feel horrible and am currently taking enough medication for two people I am limited in what I can do…like driving is out of the question, bright sunlight makes my head hurt worse than it already does, talking on the phone isn’t possible because I don’t have a voice…your getting the picture right?  Tonight it was either watch Nancy Grace with more info about Joran Van Der Sloot, read a book that I just can’t get into or blog hop….so hopping I did and I’m so glad.

I could so see the First Born coming up with something like this……..

You might just wonder where I found such eye candy….at 320 Sycamore of course, that girl finds all the good stuff.  You must go there and see silhouttes she found with numbers.

Anyone who knows me in real life knows I love this room, look at the colors of the kitchen table….heaven!  I found it at a blog I had never been to before but will for sure visit again Junk Garden Girl.  I must have been drawn to that blog because of my recent garden mishap.  The conversation went something like this:

G:  Did Carl get your mint planted?

M:  Yes, do you see it right there to the left of the fountain?

G:  That isn’t mint.

M:  Really, well maybe that’s why my mojitos tasted so bad.

I happy to report that the mint is in the garden it’s the right of the fountain and I’m even happier to report that phlox leaves are obviously not poisonous.  Once the strep throat is better I will give mojitos another chance with mint leaves.

When I grow up I’m going to have a coupon binder just like this one.

I couldn’t get this great picture to copy, but I so could see this being my deck this summer.

I hope I feel better tomorrow, but if not I sure know how to pass the time.

About Michelle

I started my blog as a way to connect with other paper crafters and of course it has gone a totally different direction. I've been able to share my experience as a mother, my hurt and disappointments over not having a relationship with my maternal unit, my walk with God and how knowing Him has changed me and continues to help me grow into the person I strive to be......
