Do You Ever Wish To Be A Child Again?

I had some fun facts this week and one of them was it’s impossible to lick your elbow, of course Alyssa had to give it a try.  Her first comment was don’t put that picture on the web.  This child is my sanity.  She can find the good in everyone and everything.  She makes me laugh even when I am totally down.  She is often called “mini Me” and I don’t always know if that’s good.  Carl says he wants the easy going sweet child back that he raised because all of a sudden she has an opinion about everything and seems to argue with Carl more then anyone else.  Her ninth birthday is just around the corner and it’s hard to believe she is that old.  I wouldn’t trade one day I’ve had with her.  She reminds me daily that life is what you make it, that forgiving others for hurting you is VERY HEALTHY for yourself, and that loving with 100% of your heart is always right!  Thanks Alyssa for being who you are!

I love that picture and of course she had to try it! I’ve tried numerous times and will probably always try when that fact is brought up. 🙂
